Previously three independent buildings, demolition to the centre building commenced to open up a parking area between new and used showrooms. This stand taking up the entire block had the neighbouring properties demolished after completing the revamp, in order to open up a parking lot of the remainder of the site. No money was found in the old bank vaults and these were filled and paved over.
