The mall itself features 90 Stores and 28600m2 of GLA and is the largest mall in a 100km radius. It is built on the historic Ermelo Showgrounds and features several elements of importance in regard to the typical BARN Structure Design of the entrances. For MBC this was a milestone project with regards to its credibility within the local community in terms of job creation and skills development.
