Lolebezi was founded on a concession of 50 000 square meters in the Game Management Area National Park in Zambia on the lower Zambezi River on the infamous “Discovery Channel” near Jeki Airstrip. The team set up camp under the stars with a single generator, one vehicle and two tents for the first six weeks. The lodge eventually grew into a footprint which comprised of eight guest suites, a main guest area, gym, spa and a staff village with eight outbuildings which houses 52 staff members.
