Developed by McCormick Property Development and designed by Living Planet Architects, the 10000m² community mall features 28 stores and was completed with future expansion in mind. Anchored by Shoprite and housing national brands like KFC, Ackermans, Pep, and Standard Bank, the R103 million development blends contemporary retail needs with iconic design elements — including MPD’s signature ‘Umhlanga Wave’ blue roof.
