We successfully completed a major extension to the existing Chamberlains Montana, adding a 3900m² trading area, a brand-new 2250m² garden centre, and 16155m² of parking and hardstand.
This upgrade transforms the site into one of the largest single-store retail outlets under one roof in South Africa. Delivered on time and within budget, this project reflects our capability in large-scale retail construction and seamless integration with operational sites.
