This particular project was designed and built on a solid raft foundation structure. There were eight levels of concrete with the basement raft consisting of 1600m³ of concrete. The 800mm-thick raft slab was cast all at once in fourteen hours of non-stop pouring. We completed eight levels of structure: three basement levels, four office levels and a full Penetron-based roof slab. The structural build took four months and the total project was completed in seven months and three weeks. This was one of the fastest projects we have completed.
